Order Processing and Shipping Time (USA & Canada)

USA Shipments: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday and you will receive an order confirmation via email. We process and ship quickly to anywhere in the USA. USA orders will ship promptly from Olney, Illinois, usually within 24 hours of order receipt. You can expect USA shipments to arrive by either USPS or UPS Ground delivery in 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to Illinois. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking number.

Canada Shipments: At this time, the only international shipping offered is to Canada. All deliveries to Canada will be charged a flat $20.00 USD shipping fee which covers shipping costs, duty, and tax. Canadian orders are shipped on Thursdays each week via UPS. Please consider this and allow for shipping time from Illinois. Order confirmations and the packing slip will show in US dollars, but your credit card company will convert to Canadian dollars on your credit card statement.

We offer free shipping within the USA. A flat $20.00 shipping fee is applied to all Canadian orders. 

Returns

Our mutual goal is to act with integrity to work together to make things right. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.

  • In the event you wish to return a product you must contact us (either by phone 618-395-2400 or by email sks.sales@sks-usa.com) to explain the reason for the return and receive an RA number (Return Authorization).  
  • Return shipping is at your expense unless we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged. We encourage you to use a return shipping method that will provide you with tracking information. If we do not receive the shipment and return tracking information cannot be provided, then a refund will not be issued. 
  • We will issue a refund (minus a 10% return processing fee) via the same payment method originally used, (and less any shipping charges for Canada shipments). In order for a refund to be issued, item must be in original packaging, unused, clean and in re-sellable condition. 
  • If you desire a different item, place a new order online. Exchanges are not available through our returns department. 
  • Only items purchased from sks-us.com are eligible for return or exchange. If you received an SKS item from one of our retail partners, please contact them for their return policies. 
  • Please allow 7 days from the time returned item is received at SKS USA Corp. for a credit to be issued to your original payment method.
