We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
In the event, you wish to return a product you must contact us (either by phone 618-395-2400 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org) to explain the reason for the return and receive an RA number (Return Authorization).
Return shipping is at your expense unless we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged. We encourage you to use a return shipping method that will provide you with tracking information. If we do not receive the shipment and return tracking information cannot be provided, then a refund will not be issued.
We will issue a refund (minus a 10% return processing fee) via the same payment method originally used, (and less any shipping charges for Canada shipments). In order for a refund to be issued, the item must be in original packaging, unused, clean and in re-sellable condition.
If you desire a different item, please place a new order online. Exchanges are not available through our returns department.
Only items purchased from sks-us.com are eligible for return or exchange. If you received an SKS item from one of our retail partners, please contact them for their return policies.
Please allow 7 days from the time returned item is received at SKS USA Corp. for a credit to be issued to your original payment method.
